Overview:
Our Argentina trip for adults gives die-hard snow shredders the chance to rip pow in the summer with some of the best pro backcountry skiers and snowboarders in the industry like Michelle Parker, Chris Coulter, Natalie Gough and James Heim, explore beautiful San Carlos de Bariloche, Argentina with all its culture, language, food, and nightlife, and share the experience with an incredible crew of fellow pow-seekers that will likely become a part of your extended family once you leave.
The 10-Day Adult Session gives you access to All Star’s legendary guiding and coaching experience, slopeside lodging, and 24/7 support while sharing the experience exclusively with other adults who are just as passionate about skiing and riding as you are. Our adult clientele typically range from twenty-somethings to adventurers in their 40’s, who share the experience of untracked pow lines, incredible Argentine cuisine and wine, and infamous Argentine nightlife with each other and with our great staff of professional skiers, snowboarders, and guides. The camaraderie is unlike any other ski or snowboard trip you’ve likely been on, and our adult clients are routinely planning winter trips together as soon as they leave Argentina.
Unlike other summer ski and snowboard programs in North America, All-Star's South America Snow Session gives clients access to mid-winter conditions with regular powder dumps, and guiding at South America’s largest single resort – Cerro Catedral Alta Patagonia. Cerro Catedral can be compared to Lake Tahoe or Mammoth Mountain, in terms of terrain, weather, snow quality and snow quantity, although the experience is almost more akin to Silverton Mountain – lots and lots of seldom-ridden off-piste terrain that feels more like lift-accessed backcountry than resort riding. Dollar for dollar, our Argentina trip is the best summer snow experience on the market. Why settle for anything but the best? Guiding all day, every day from the top pros and guides in the world including Michelle Parker, Chris Coulter, Natalie Gough and James Heim. All-Star will provide you with the most unique ski and snowboard travel experience of your life in Argentina by using pro skiers, snowboarders, and guides to educate you in backcountry riding, get you shredding some of the wildest terrain you’ve ever ridden, and do it in a safe progression that allows you to reach a new level in your skiing or snowboarding.
San Carlos de Bariloche, set at the edge of the Andes and surrounded by countless lakes and jagged peaks, is the perfect stage for expeditions and missions of every kind – want to land that backflip you’ve always dreamed about? No problem – the coaches will take you out and build a backcountry booter into a soft powder landing. Want to ride trees? Cerro Catedral has some of the best tree skiing in the world. Want to see how steep you can take it? Bariloche is chock-full of chutes, cliffs, bowls, couloirs, and pillow lines that will test riders at every level. Want to roll like Jeremy Jones? Pack your splitboard or touring skis and we’ll take you out for a multi-day backcountry mission to the Frey hut. This Argentina trip experience is as close to true skiing or snowboarding as you will get – untamed, unlimited, and untapped.
“This trip is way more than a ski camp. It’s a place where you ride with other people who live and breathe skiing or snowboarding. It’s not about age — everyone’s here for the same reason: to experience the best summer riding on the planet. There’s no question that this camp is the best place to do that.”
