Avoid the traffic - we pick you up by boat on the beach in front of your accommodations. 10:00am Departures - you are on vacation! Any earlier seems too much like the daily grind back home. Individual instruction - from our qualified Grand Cayman dive instructors, in the comfort of your condo or hotel room. Equipment valet service - if you wish, we will wash and sanitize your own gear at the end of the day. When you step on board it will be set up on a tank ready for you - after all, you are on holiday.

For those of you not up for diving, you might enjoy some snorkeling. Snorkeling in Grand Cayman is both simple and exciting. The Cayman Islands are regarded as a World leading destination for scuba diving and snorkeling; mostly because of the water clarity, year round warm water temperature and the Island's shore proximity to pristine underwater reefs. You can take advantage of Grand Cayman's underwater beauty just a "few steps" away from our oceanfront accommodations.

Set sail….During your stay the All Star’s will send you out for a day sail, sunset sail and a romantic dinner cruise. There is no better way to experience the dramatic Cayman Sunset than under sail. Just sit back and relax, let your professional sailing guides do all the work.

Sample Itinerary (we will create one to suit you) :

Day 1 - Arrival day. Your All Star hosts will greet you at the airport and shuttle you to our accommodations to get you set up in your room. You’ll have the rest of the day to enjoy yourself, relax on the beach, and peruse the many shopping and dining options around the village.

Day 2 - Today is a day to set sail. We’ll pick you up at the hotel at 10am and take you to the dock where you’ll set off on a half day sailing excursion including a catered lunch. Upon your return the rest of the day is up to you. Head out to any number of activity centers, let us pre-plan an afternoon activity for you, or just lounge around the pool.

Days 3 and 4 - These are days for diving or snorkeling. For those of your ready to dive, we’ll pick you up right on the beach in front of the hotel. Hop in the boat and we’ll be off to a prime and secluded dive location! For those snorkeling, we’ll do some snorkeling right out in front of the hotel for starters; then we’ll head up the road about 15 minutes for another prime location! After diving and snorkeling you’ll still have all day ahead of you. Choose from an assortment of fun activities. When you book your trip we’ll give you a menu of options that we can arrange for you, just let us know.

Day 5 - Today we’ll let you choose your morning activity. At 4:30pm we’ll set sail for an evening sunset cruise including a lovely dinner served on board. Let the sweet smell of the ocean air relax you as you are treated to a gourmet meal.

Days 6,7,8 - These are days for diving or snorkeling. For those of you looking for an alternative activity, just let us know in advance and we’ll make all the arrangements For those of your ready to dive, we’ll pick you up right on the beach in front of the hotel. Hop in the boat and we’ll be off to a prime and secluded dive location! Day 9 - Departure day; today we have the sad task of saying goodbye. Your All Star hosts will shuttle you to the airport to see you off…until next time.
