Overview/Highlights:

Cabo San Lucas, where the sea, sun and desert join to cast an air of mystery and romance over all who visit. Cabo was once a tranquil fishing village and, in times long ago, a hangout for pirates. Although no longer the fishing village of old and not many of the old pirates are seen around town any more, the magic of Cabo remains. Cabo is still small and charming by any standards, with a population of fewer than 40,000. And with the number of activities available to the visitor, you could easily imagine that you are in a giant amusement park. Golf has become a major factor in the Cabo San Lucas equation, with five championship courses complete and more on the way; Los Cabos has quietly become the golf capital of México.

Cabo has come of age. Located at the southernmost tip of the magnificent Baja peninsula, Cabo has been blessed with what many describe as the perfect climate. Average year-round temperature is 78 degrees, it is a little cooler in the winter and a bit warmer in the summer. For years Cabo was the remote playground reserved solely for private yacht owners. They flocked here to be near "Marlin Alley", as the waters around Cabo have often been described. The name is well deserved, as Cabo San Lucas is the undisputed billfish capital of the world.

Cabo San Lucas is one of the most amazing sport fishing areas in the world. With a large variety of fish in our local waters, from Blue Marlin, Black Marlin, many different species of Tuna, Wahoo, Roosterfish, Sailfish, Dorado, Parga and many others.

Los Cabos is home to six world class championship golf courses, with more on the way. Three of these were designed by Jack Nicklaus, one by Robert Trent Jones II and one by Pete Dye. Cabo del Sol actually boasts of two championship courses. The ocean course at Cabo del Sol is a Nicklaus creation which skirts the shore of the Sea of Cortez and has been called one of the five most beautiful courses in the world. The second course at Cabo del Sol is the stunning desert course which was designed by Tom Weiskopf. San Jose del Cabo is the home of a delightful nine hole public course. Where else can you catch a marlin in the morning, play eighteen holes and still be home by early afternoon?

Itinerary:

Day 1 - Arrival day. Your All Star hosts will greet you at the airport and shuttle you to our accommodations to get you set up in your room. You’ll have the afternoon to relax and check out Cabo.

Days 2 and 3 - Ready to fish? We’ll shuttle you to the docks and introduce you to your captain. Then it’s off to the open ocean to fish for Marlin, Tuna, Wahoo, Sailfish, and other exciting game fish. Relax and enjoy your day, lunch will be prepared for you on board. In the evening, enjoy dinner at the resort and relax.

Days 4 and 5 - These days are up to you. We’ll set up an activity for you or you might just choose to relax by the pool. It’s up to you. Swimming, scuba diving, surfing, para-sailing, snorkeling, sea kayaking, water skiing, glass bottom boat cruises, wave runners, wind surfing, whale watching, horse back riding, quiet beach coves, ATV tours, you name it and it is available here. Scuba divers will not soon forget their dive at the world famous sand falls, located just past the even more famous natural rock arch at Land's End.

Days 6 and 7 - Time for some more sport fishing? Your captain is ready for you if you’d like to head back out to the fishing grounds to catch some more sport fish. Enjoy a short or full day fishing adventure each of these days, your choice!

Day 8 - departure day; today we have the sad task of saying goodbye. Your All Star hosts will shuttle you to the airport to see you off…until next time.
