CATEGORY A
Price Range: $500 + USD per night

General Description:
Category A homes are fully furnished, with full cooking and laundry facilities, 2+ bathrooms, T.V. and other amenities

Sample Shown: ...a lovely home offering captivating lake & mountain views with a 10 minute walk to Wanaka's town center. All bedrooms are equipped with electric blankets and some have a TV and DVD players. Double glazing ensures comfort and warmth throughout the year. In the winter a roaring log fire is there to use.
AS AN OPTIONAL EXTRA, there is a self contained 1 bedroom unit also available with internal access.

CATEGORY B:
Price Range: $300 - $500 USD per night

General Description:
Category B homes are fully furnished with full cooking and laundry facilities. 2 bathrooms T.V., and some other amenities

Sample Shown:
Stunning brand new 4 bedroom home situated over 2 levels. Ground floor has 3 bedrooms with bathroom, laundry and garage for 1 car. Upstairs consists of master bedroom with Queen bed, en suite, open plan living, dining and kitchen. The kitchen is modern with gas cook top and there is a small courtyard/deck off the kitchen ideal for a quiet coffee in the sun. The main living area has a big log burner, rug over a modern "bamboo" timber floor. Nice views to the lake and mountains. Close to town with only a 10 minute walk over the hill or less than 5 mins drive. Very nicely appointed.

CATEGORY C:
Price Range: $150 - $300 USD per night

General Description:
Category C homes are fully furnished with cooking and laundry facilities. Typically 1 bathroom.

Sample Shown:
2 bedroom small, compact, apartment-style home. Has most mod conveniences and is very homely. Situated in town and is very close to shops and the lake.
